Aloha....

Just returned from Hawaii. Now it is time to get back to "reality" since my Visa card most likely voted me off the island.

I had a chance to talk to several people about the real estate home prices in Hawaii. It doesn't appear that condos and homes in the higher price ranges have been effected by the economy, and a home with a beach front view just seems to become more valuable. I was surprised since I thought the Japanese and U.S. economies would have had a greater impact on properties that would mainly be used as part time residences.
