Where's the TA??? I don't see any here. Why don't you post a watch list with specific buy or sell points every day, BEFORE they occur. All I see is empty bragging and self serving promotion AFTER THE FACT. John

I am a long time subscriber to Market Gems and have found that your picks, as well as those listed on other internet sites, including Briefing.Com, Thestreet.com, CBS Marketwatch, and the numerous boards, help me in choosing stocks which I want to trade or hold for longer term investment. You communications always stress the need for each investor to do his/her own research and to make independent investment decisions. Your comments throughout the day are astute and timely, often picking up trends as they are just beginning. I do not think these people -- whose accusations are frivolous -- are worth the attention you are giving them. You are no more pump and dump than any analyst commenting/recommending stocks on CNBC, Nightly Business Report, etc. If the posters on this board are dissatisfied, let them go elsewhere. Their threats of legal action are baseless and unsound. JMTC.

Why would you ban JXM? All he ask you to do is apologize to Kerry J. Carmichael for your unwarranted attack on him. I've been following this soap opera between you, Tim, Lisa, etal. Why anyone would want anything to do with you, Pristine.com or any of your threads is beyond me after reading the stream of vicious vituperation you level at people. If I was ever tempted to subscribe to your service, you have effectively cancelled those considerations. BTW: What ever happened to your association with Options Jerry? What's behind that? I've been watching your recommendations also. How come you post them after the fact? How can you expect someone to make a decision on old news? I can read today's newspapers about what happened yesterday and get the same information you're putting out.
