I am here right now. I'm jealous! Were you on the Big Island again? Yes....a frequent visitor! What a beautiful area....and time away always seems to put everything into perspective. I didn't take a lap top, and didn't keep up with the market at all....great break from reality!!! prices here on the water are on a very long term up trend. I was amazed by the prices on the Big Island. Two people I know fairly well were actively looking at homes during my visit, so I had a chance to hear daily updates on the market, and see some of the literature they were obtaining. Your investment looks like a win/win situation....great place to visit, and have an increase in property values!
