Don't know if you've seen this yet concerning GSPN, from Briefing. DSL integrated circuit maker Globespan (GSPN -1.53) is trading lower after announcing it will issue $100 million of convertible debt. Based on current prices, the offering will be dilutive to shareholders by roughly 6%. Coming to a 10-K near you soon.....
