I do have the factory settings chart, but this is all foreign to me - it could be written in Chinese and it would still mean the same. I will try and call customer support today and let them figure it out. What I don't understand is why would an updated driver cause this problem - does it change my settings when I download it, or does the new update require different settings?

Ok, Steve - after playing around with the system for 15 minutes we ended up changing the setting to 70hz and it looks ok at this point. Thanks again.
