It's really hard to say but my gut says we have seen the worst of THIS LEG and with a moderate PB we can rally. We better do it now because the variables of a hot summer will be very tough to call. IF we get past a serious energy crunch ( I think we're prepared to pay 2.00 - 2.50 per gallon ) and a city doesn't go dark - IF earnings get clearer and IF the fed cuts continue I see no reason why we can't see 2750 by July. That must mean short <g>
