third, the utilities were the bad guys and had no choice. Those who made the decision were politician trying to manage what should be managed by private enterprise. The politician once again had their communist heads up their communist butts.

Third, what is efficiency. Is America twice as efficient today as it was in 1950. Yes it is. yet the retarded democrats still mantra about conservation. You cannot have the economy grow on not grow the ability to produce power.

And there was no public bailout and PG&E was stuck with the stranded cost of 4.5 Billion.

Third you seem to me to only believe based on the political bull you listen to. If you have never done cost benefit analysis looked into the costs of implementing different technologies, why do you not think anything you believe is just wishful thinking.
