Who wants to buy LU at 19 per share? That is ridiculous..they are so saddled with debt and the keep shedding so many portions of their biz.. I guess anything is possible, but any company who does, I am there shorting all the way down..

Missed that LU pop but bought back this morning. Dipping AAPL, HWP, UIS, NOVL and WCOM (like a 10-month pregnant woman). Plus an oil stock UCL as a summer hold along with LOR and Baby Bells. Gas still $2 a gallon out here in LA.

Micro dogs have held well. Keeping my LOR but lost my SCNT and NTRO. Modest upside goals here going into the now very-likely .50 Fed cut. 7 more sessions. That was a suitable profit-taking period. Maybe I would have better off just holding through it. But whatever. Here we go.

Huge buy blocks in LU - 150K, 50K, 41.2K last few minutes but moving like molasses. Probably a fairly safe stock here, but watching to see if this will pop. That buyout rumor at $19 is interesting, but not sure how likely it is. Rumors seem to be the norm lately.

If the shorts panic a little, then this could run, otherwise not much will likely happen, imho.
