James, I am also betting that the stock also gets more volatile as soon as we find out the expected date of the ruling (assuming we get a day or so heads up before the actual decision). The options prices on both the call and put side will go up significantly IMHO, even if the stock does not move.
Worth a shot taking calls...and taking a guess as to when that decision will come.
Found the post by "margie" yesterday very informative. A decision by june/july period or earlier.
