Hi Pat, Am still on limited bandwidth. My cable tv company is the oldest in the country, established in 1947. Unfortunatly so is their equipment so no cable modem either even though they were advertising a new service recently. Haven't been doing much daytrading for the past few months after taking a few big hits during Feb-Mar. Now more into positioning. I have subscribed the Schaffer for the last few years to see what he is up to, but mostly have been writing options premium as a way to generate income. Caplan has some good stratagies for playing the market volatility as well. There are many different ways to hedge via options, but you also have to have your goal in mind when entering your positions. Have made more money in the long run by being net short premium as compared to being long. Either way its just another venue to participate in the great game. Good Trading Dave
