Hank: I seriously doubt that attending this year's meeting is worth the time and effort to leave the confines of the sleepy little burg of Pocahontas. All you'd get out of it would be heartburn, and high blood pressure.

Yes, IF we are still around come fall (and assuming the company is still floundering), we'll need to give some thought to "shareholder proposals" to put up for a vote.

Re proxies - and I'm not soliciting - I haven't gotten mine yet, but I have read much of it online. Only a few things to vote on and you can do that online or by mail. Perhaps the thing for all of us to think about is whether there are any directors we want to withhold our votes on. Not that we can really keep anyone off, but we can send a message.
