Why is Samsung wasting valuable research and development time on this technology which has no future (according to some in the know)?

CW,

Thanks.

Now a waaaaaaaaaay OT question...

Does anyone know how to enable a W2K system to be accessed by W98 systems? I have a 3-computer network with two W98 systems and one W2K Professional laptop. I can use the laptop to move data to and from the other two systems, but when I try to access a shared folder on the laptop from one of the other systems (or even look at the laptop through network neighborhood), I keep getting a message asking for a password for resource \\MyComputerName\IPC$ (where "MyComputerName" is my network ID name, and this is not an editable text box). It doesn't recognize any of the passwords I've set up (it gives me a "The password is incorrect. Try again." message). I log into the laptop as Administrator.

If you have any thoughts, you can either PM me or e-mail me at dave@burns.net.

TIA,

Dave
