The BLS is said to have denied the bogus rumor of a possible revision to the just-released payroll data. But the mere emergence of the rumor is evidence that the underlying sentiment in the bond market is somewhat bearish, as the recent price action suggests.

There are bogus rumors circulating claiming that the Bureau of Labor Statistics is holding an emergency meeting to discuss a possible revision to the payroll report. the rumor sounds preposterous and is likely be followed by a denial from the BLS fairly soon.
