Again you are so wrong. 3-4% is the rate GDP can grow ( in the opinion of the Fed Board ) without igniting inflation in the current tax and regulatory environment. Fix the tax rate problem, free capital, reign in the bureaucrats, and there's no reason we can't have 5%,6%, 10% growth rates, inflation free

For most of the last 5 years, the economy has been growing as quickly as the Fed will allow (3-4%). It doesn't make any sense to try to grow faster than that, because it will cause inflation and higher interest rates, and the Fed will force growth back to 4% anyway.
