GV, Well, thr SEC feels that manipulation exists. A lot depends on the stock and the investors. Get a small cap and a bunch of pigeons and the crooks can run it up and down, over and over again a getting rich. Aigeons account up at the high and getting it back at the low. As they say there is a sucker born for every minute of every day. I think the famout PT Barnum said that. Then the population was smaller, now I would say we have about 10 suckers born for every........... Bill
