judge has granted Infineon's (IFX) motion for summary judgment; effectively ruling against Rambus' patent claims.
Edelstone sees downside in stock to $10-12.

Cypress Semi (CY) 22.11 +0.11: Coming out of Merrill's Hardware Technology Conference, CY reiterates
Q2 revenues in the range of $200-210 mln; does not expect to see a recovery in the WAN/SAN market until
early 2002 with no real reduction in inventory in March quarter.
