Don, re MSDW and "ONLY major player behind Rambus" I got in the "way-back" machine and recalled the MANY posts you made in the late 1990's about the lack of big house support for RMBS. Was always a "point" that bothered me as well. I wonder what Rob Chaplinksy(ex-HQ) would say now?, he was the original RMBS axe, Eddie the heir apparent. Never would have figured on an outcome like this...and this is from a legal standpoint, very unusual. But rules need exceptions to exist. Good luck all, midnite
