I don't think you need an excuse anymore. You buy because everyone else is buying. But if that isn't good enough, maybe something amazing like an Abbey Joseph Cohen or Mary Meeker "reiterate" will come out to bless the undervalued markets.

a .5 cut by greenspan and market will be dissapointed.....investors are in a dreaming state of mode....thinking magicly economy will recover in second half..well good luck, my company is IT consulting and we have over 70 k employees....we did not see any slowdown till the last two weeks, all of a sudden big corperations are cutting spending, though 3 weeks ago they wanted to go forward..amzing how things change over night....CSCo should hamer the market when they announce yes inventory is down....but recovery not as quick......
