Rich,

In a situation like this you should buy the stock at a price you think low enough.The Puts might not trade immediately,so your buy on RMBS is now protected by your Puts,and you can Put the stock.

Edit:looks like stock opened pretty high though.

I don't know about that $10, I have an order at $12.65 (just above that $12.5 we discussed), but got nothing.
