It looks like the debt went UP a trillion plus during Clinton's watch. Clinton had 8 years to pay off the debt and went a trillion bucks more in the hole. Bush hasn't paid it off in 100 days. 8 years/100 days. I guess I could see scum's point if I was as nutty as a shithouse rat.
