Dear E-bill: AGREED. Clinton never saw a tax he didnt like. People are talking of the rates but what about the other stuff. When Clinton was elected I got an annual park pass for $10, now its $50. I wheeled in the Everglades for free now its $50 for a annual permit. Passports are so expensive mine has lapsed and the list goes on. JDN
