Possible next steps:

1. Royalty payments continue.

2. Existing paying licensees will insist that continuing payments to rmbs will be held in trust until the appeals are exhausted?

3. They stop payments completely. Immediately.

Somehow, 2 seems like a plausible scenario.

can't you see this is a confidence game? give the buyers of our stock anything they can hang their hats on so they don't sell our stock and reduce our net worth.
