Margie, news on your pick for next week BKR-v:

Berkshire completes financing for Idaho well interest

Fri 4 May 2001

News Release

Mr. Paul Larkin reports

Further to the company's news release dated April 16, 2001 (see Stockwatch
April 17, 2001), the company has completed the financing required to
purchase a 30-per-cent participating interest to drill an oil well under a
farm-out arrangement with D.Y. Explorations Inc., of Boise, Idaho. Road and
pad construction to the site were completed this week and May 4, 2001, has
been set as the spud date.
Subject to acceptance by the Canadian Venture Exchange and the consent of
the warrantholders, the company will reprice a total of four million share
purchase warrants currently outstanding to 10 cents per share, instead of
12 cents as announced on April 16, 2001. Two million of these share
purchase warrants are currently exercisable at a price of 19 cents per
share until Aug. 29, 2002. The remaining two million share purchase
warrants are currently exercisable at 18 cents per share until Sept. 4,
2002. The average closing price of the company's shares over the preceding
10 days were 9.5 cents.

Hi Margie,

Your in with BKR-v @$.10 for 100,000 shares.

Chart for Berkshire International Mining Limited(BKR-v):

stockcharts.com[l,a]djclnimy[pc20!b50!b100!b200][vc60][iLl14!Lh14,3!La12,26,9]

Looking at the chart for this thinly traded stock we can see it is trading above it's 50MA @$.08 which should act as support and under it's 200MA @$.11 which should be the next resistance level. The MACD is trending down, the ADX is positive and the Stochastics is in oversold territory. A real mixed bag on the chart indicators. Will be interesting to see if Friday's NR can move this stock to the next level.

Good luck with this pick Margie,
Al
