I was speaking a bit broadly, b/c O'Connor is the wildcard. She has been more recently moving "lock-step" with the conservative side.

As far as your comments "Funny how Scalia couldn't convince "lock-step" O'Connor to join in on abortion", I'm not sure what you are talking about. Isn't Rehnquist the only Justice remaining from Roe? Perhaps you mean the extraction/dilation case of last year? In that case, yeah, she didn't vote with the cons. She has been an interesting and sometimes inconsistent voice in the female reproductive rights (or "abortions") cases.
