John Crovelli - re: RMBS

First, let me thanks you for your support.
I means a lot to me.

My hope is to provide a no BS place to discuss great investment ideas.
So far so good.

Now,

in all honesty, I have a hard time reading RMBS.
I have played it long several times on major dips and been rewarded. Just watched in amazement today.

Their whole business model is in question.
1 year from now RMBS might be below 5 easily.
In fact I thought there was a good chance they could become a single didget midget today after the court ruling during the halt.

That said, I wouldnt short here. Too many lunatic buyers in this pos. I would try to wait for a pop back to the 19 level

Those 999 bids that try to squeeze the shorts are just scary.

Friend of mine tried to buy RMBS today on a market order with price at 13.20
He got filled at 14.65 12 minutes later.
Thats a joke.
Luckily he sold in AH at 15.40 for a nice profit

Good Luck
Michail
