You are miss-informed so you won't have any idea about how to solve the problem. Especially since you have no idea what really happened. Californians will solve the problem one way or another. Heck, I haven't been without power once!!!! The press has exaggerated the outages. The blackout only last for 1.5 to 2.0 hours. We are all laughing about how Bush's plan will affect the IRS office which is located in Fresno..........78 degree thermostats in Fresno?? !! I would hate to be working on the 7th or 8th floor! I'll bet all audits will be short!
