Fine read, Julius. It's kind of a "Best of Fleck" compendium. Obviously, I agree with his takes (though I'm not so sure that Japan is as far along the road to recovery as he thinks it is).

How does Altera, a programmable logic chip maker, with a year of inventory sell more products to Cisco (who already has a year of inventory in its “lock-box”) when Cisco’s biggest customers like British Telecom and AT&T are cutting capital expenditures?
