But they have not worked, and then are followed by short-cover rallies. My reason is the volume is very low on the selloffs. I work mainly with very few stocks that I am very familiar with their trading pattern. And it just seems there are no sellers. It seems to me the institutions are accumulating shares. I think today's rally is a very bullish signal.
