I'm not a fundamentalist and have never claimed to be one. The fact that you had to go off the deep end and make such a ridiculous comment demonstrates how utterly empty headed your reasoning is. Using your method of communications... Why don't you get your earth worshipping tree huggers to drop a few ecstasy pills and pretend the world has no enemies. If we don't build a Star Wars system, launching a missile from a submarine would be the least vulnerable and detectable. It sounds like you've been reading too many Clancy novels if you think we have the capability to detect any submerged missile launch off our coast and respond within the time it impacts. (10 minutes) That's why we need a missile defense system. There are other methods certainly, but that one practically guarantees results given our defense capability of today. Just because I support one method of protection, doesn't mean I don't support many others.
