Rmbs has about a 15% chance of winning on appeal. I found the reduction in pre-trial limining motions of the original patents in question some 57 that were all but 3 remaining after for the trial. The Plaintiff, RMBS, now the moving party in a any appeal must show error at the BENCH, and perhaps the SCOPE of these original patents and how they applied is the way to go.

If on appeal it is found that any of those 54 patents did apply to the original action, and should have went to the next level RMBS would be able to get new trial.

New trial is MORE MONEY!!

Regarding the market, I am becoming extremely PESSIMISTIC after yesterdays action. I did well by covering at the bell and going long AETH, and CORVIS at the bell. How can this DOW be at 11K????

Noone addresses that HUGE DILEMMA. It has come so far so fast that when she turns south it could and should take the NASD withit! I went into the weekend with one position COSN which I think may be swollowed for 7-9 dollars on monday.

I still think we are in the sweet spot before warnings come, but as we get into the 2 and 3rd week in May all longs need to comprehend the likelyhood of a warning is increasing at a 15% pop each week!

I will be heading into the energy sector again come monday. I think last weeks API was an abboration and soon enough we will be above 32bbl!

Question for the board, why is every fund manager PUSHING FINANCIALS????????

Sharck,

Good to hear from you.

I'm pretty busy, almost done though. My last presentation is Wednesday night.

Haven't got to the p-site yet. Will have more time later after I sleep for a week.
