NT would be a good bottom play because ultimately it will turn around WHEN the telecoms do...but I don't know when that will happen. So much debt out there.
JNPR scares me. It seems to be everyone's "gonna be the next Cisco" thing.
My basic strategy is to pick break out stocks that have reasonable PE's and still a bit of gloom cast over them.
Along with SNDK, NTAP and SEBL...CREE might fall into that category.
