From Fleck:
grantsinvestor.com

What I did not expect this time around was that this
rally (which saw the Nasdaq leap 36% in 12 sessions)
would occur before we saw panic selling, something I
do not believe we experienced. There never seemed to
be much fear, as far more time was spent worrying
about missing the bottom than worrying about getting
wiped out as near as I can tell. Consequently while I
don’t know how high or how long this rally will last, my
guess would be: not as high nor as long as most expect,
because we never saw the panic needed to create the
bounce that the whole world thinks it can catch.
Obviously the 200 basis points of Al.com’s easy money
elixir has helped alter the course that human nature
might otherwise have taken, but this has only delayed
and quite likely made worse the ultimate outcome.
