Well, Buckaroo, when the average hits $1.90 by Memorial Day (only a wild-haired guess) and the summer heat settles in, I'm afraid that's going to be just about everyone south of Bill Gates.
For those individuals who are NOT watching their spending, your employer or Uncle Sam will be doing that for you.
And if you work for Uncle Sam, he's already watching your thermostat. Just another pesky executive order from the White House.
