But, alas, we are neither wrestling with "gloves," nor litigating the "means is" of "memory banks." ...Although I have to admit, ...your analogy's suggestion that OJ and RMBS have much in common is in the right neighborhood.

...And of course there was no evidence that OJ's attorneys advised him on the LA PD Crime Lab's performance specs before they got on his bus.
