The "forced conversion of bonds representing 1/3 of (AMD) long term debts" will dilute the earnings-per-share of all AMD shares. A sudden entrance of a large number of shares for sale cannot help.

I am not speculating, I was simply asking Albert because he knows AMD! I have reently bought a few shares of AMD and like to know where the stock is heading.
