At least now we can take a close look at RICO and Fraud.
A good place to start is Infineon's jury instructions on those charges. As I recall, a lot of that case hinges on Secret Squirrel and Deep Throat email which appears to have been traced to Infineon. <G>

But it clear that the judge would like to see Rambus get screwed. Who knows why....
