Richard,

Isn't it obvious that he was bought?

You finally figured it out.

He was bought by the second gunman, who also destroyed Marilyn Monroe's alien body at Roswell.

Hi richard surckla; Re: "Before you say, "impossible", go to GOOGLE and type in the search bar these words... federal judge bribed."

Why don't you go to GOOGLE and type in the search bar these words... management duped investor.

P.S. Scumbria should have written my post but I guess he overlooked it.

richard,

I can understand why you are upset about the ruling. However, the US has one of the fairest legal systems in the world.

Accusing someone of fraud without any evidence or proof may be considered slanderous....

Hi richard surckla; Your comments on a US Judge:

richard surckla, May 5, 2001
Isn't it obvious that he was bought? Who knows what the payment was? Maybe just a good pat on the back from the local business community supporting their local industry. Maybe something else. Before you say, "impossible", go to GOOGLE and type in the search bar these words... federal judge bribed. #reply-15760981

Now don't you think it was a bit excessive to be publicly accusing a sitting US judge of being "bought"? Or is that how you get legal work done in your part of the country?

Do you think it's kind of odd that none of the other courts have already reversed Payne's rulings? Are you still hopeful?
