A "what if" question. With I having not a clue to what is happening,
and at this point not having the time required
to obtain a picture through reading the last 6 months of
posts on this thread, so I ask the question of what if the
price of gold increased to a very high level like US$500
to reflect a panic of shorts to cover while at the same time
it is learned that the supply of physical gold is much lower
than now believed, causing something like that dot-com
activity where investment money went into anything with
a dot com at the end of its name, and here anthing with
the word to reflect a gold mining venture, even those not
actually producing but exploring and only having numbers
on reports to say that gold is out there.

Sorry for my poor English grammer above, never did receive
that education after I left school at age 4.
