Almost everyone I talk to out on the street, in the bars, and out and about believe the market has bottomed. Had one broker told me that he was in a conference call with a mutual fund manager who said that what we've see the past year is nothing but a pause in a bull market that will last several more decades. Everyone thinks this is the final buying opportunity...so much excitement in the air.
