I think Cisco, the whole market was overbought on the upside in 99, and early 00 and I believe it and the market were oversold on the downside.

Having said that, I think Cisco will provide a very comfortable return to those that seized the opportunity to buy at recent depressed prices.

I also think it's a good buy at 20.

I'm aware that's a pretty generic statement but it's my honest opinion and I'm stuck with it. :)
