Thanks Dale. Yes the rate cuts will start taking effect in late fall. They reportedly take 9 months to work themselves through the system and effect the bottomline. This next one might not be the last either, that will depend upon the economic numbers. However, I don't believe we'll need anymore. 4% is cheap money for banks and they pass those savings along to the corporations. This will definitely spur the economy and help troubled companies climb out of their holes. It should particularly helps the Baby Bells and WCOM which need to carry so much debt to build-out the infrastructure they'll need for the future. That's one reason I'm in VZ, SBC and WCOM. I also think they're all undervalued by 30% or more.
