Pete, Brown and Princeton? What are they doing at Penn and Harvard these days, using motor boats? <g> I love rowing, or at least I love watching it. 6th out of 17 isn't that bad. 14th, well...<g> Be careful with the shoulder. You may want to ask "Hands On" for some advice. Dips, recommended by the hardest core of the hard core, have always given me a twinge. Of course, if I weren't so heavy, they might not. <g> I also have trouble with incline bench presses, for some reason. I do fine and heavy with regular benches and curl benches.
