He's the first President to make any meaningful attempt to relate to Hispanics in their own language and on their own terms.

That explains why Hispanics voted 2-1 for Gore.

Giving $800 billion in tax cuts to millionaires while we pay $300 billion in interest every year is pretty transparent.
