As he should, and I don't see anyone better up to the task than Bush. The Republican party needs to demonstrate that it is better aligned with Hispanic interests than the Democratic party, and win them out of the camp of dependence. The Democratic party positions itself as the party of the poor. Which is pretty accurate, as the welfare state perpetuates poverty, not cures it. That has to be hammered on.
