Their 800 voice mail service being free was rediculous. Not free any more but not a lot of money at $4.95/month. I signed up for this initially, tried it, but never needed it. So I won't subscribe. But like you, I'm happy to see them cull unnecessary accounts and charge those who find the service useful. Randy, Funny thing is we terminated that serice too. However, I doubt you and I are the norm for those that signed up. My recent playing on Ebay has caused me to put in place a toll free number to one of my stores. That made the Ebay service unecessary but otherwise, I would have kept it. It worked very well for internal use too. Glenn
