It is not a roadmap, it is a chart of Athlon vs Moore's law.

Desktop Palomino will be coming out in Q3 and ramping in frequency in Q4. Thoroughbred using bulk silicon and 130nm design rules launches in H1 2002. Barton and Hammer, both using SOI and 0.13-micron design rules come out in H2 2002.

According to this chart, Hammer would keep AMD ahead of Moore's law.
