Gao, Crime statistics went down. I read an article within the last year discussing how police were instructed by Clinton's administration on how to doctor the reports. I doubt I can find it, so I will not pursue it. The crime statistics were from the FBI. There must be a dozen right wing organizations dedicated to doing nothing other than spinning Clinton's accomplishments as failures. What a bunch of pathetic losers. Scumbria
