I predict 45+% of the Hispanic vote for Bush in 2004, working toward a consistent majority that conservative presidential candidates can count on in the next decade. The first black president, whenever he or she comes along, will be a conservative Republican as, most likely, will be the first Hispanic president. The Hispanic conservative factor in the elections of 2012, 2016, will be overwhelming. The black shift away from the corrupt and archaic 20th Century Marxian Left, will be sudden and shocking.

The old socialist left will find its home in our massive but poorly-educated emerging Baby Boom retirement community. But it won't play as well there as it always has in the labor-union dominated Social-Security-as-Religious-Cult segments that we see fading from the scene today...
