Dear Patricia, I suspect that all the green regulation of your retards running the state makes it far more expensive to create California Gas. In places where common sense folks don't vote for those who call rapist's great the folks respect the environment and special gas is not required. But take heart, No refinery has been built in the last ten years and only if the profit margin doubles does it make any sense to build new refineries. tom watson tosiwmee
