That I agree with. Bush wants to study the issues before making policy unlike Clinton's last minute feel good EOs.

Perhaps then they will also allow for cleaning out the undergrowth and logging out the stuff that causes the forests to burn off completely whenever there's a drought. Some sanity returning to forest management would be welcome, even if somebody is going to turn a buck taking care of it...
